Telephone Assistance Advisor

Salary/Rate – £15kpa
Location – Kidderminster
Job Type – Full Time: 35 HOURS PER WEEK. On the following rota:
Mon – Friday 9-5 for 5 weeks, then 1 week of 12noon – 8pm
(1 in 5/6 weeks where you work a Saturday 9-5 & get a day back in lieu the following week)

Our client, a dynamic and growing business based in Kidderminster, requires a pro-active and flexible candidate with solid/recent customer service and/or sales experience for this busy role.

Telephone experience is essential, as is a good level of IT knowledge (Ms Office) and being able to work on own initiative when handling high volumes of queries.

You will be required to deliver excellent customer service experience, with main duties as follows:

·Enter details on the system on all new instructions

·Make outbound calls on new instructions within the targets set

·Answer incoming calls to the department

·Sell services to third party according to given process

·Manage the third party claim

·Ensure all information taken is recorded accurately and that notes are fully completed and appropriate action is taken

·Provide assistance to customers according to our client’s instructions

·Handle complaints within predetermined guidelines and service standards
