Our client, a dynamic and growing business based in Kidderminster, requires a customer focused candidate with solid telephone experience and good negotiating skills.
The role involves negotiating claim settlements and/or recovering client outlay from third party insurers in an effective way.
You will be required to deliver excellent customer service, be self motivated, pro-active when managing own case load have competent MS Office experience and be able to work to deadlines, with main duties as follows:
·To manage client allocation and deal with claims from start to end
·To resolve disputes on liability quantum
·To quantify claims accurately
·To follow relevant department file procedures correctly
·To maintain and update claim records as required
·To attend client meetings where required
·To maintain awareness of department policies, procedures and compliance standards including ISO and FSA
·To provide support and coaching to other team members as required.
